It is designed for integrated circuit voltage backup and battery power delivery, operating within a temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C. The case dimensions are 19.5 mm in height and 12.5 mm in diameter, with a maximum lead spacing of 5 mm. The part meets life test, moisture resistance, and temperature cycling requirements, with capacitance change within ±30% and ESR increase within specified multipliers after exposure to stress conditions.
