Douglas Electrical Components Electrical Connectors

Description
Overview Electrical connectors create a simple electronic interface in electrical systems for power and signal transmission. At Douglas Electrical Components, we enhance your capabilities with the usage of electrical connectors by hermetically sealing virtually any connector available on the market. In our New Jersey facility, we have a team of IPC-620 certified technicians that integrate electrical connectors into various assembly types with a hermetically sealed connection. This ensures that the connector is both liquid and gas-tight, exceeding commonly referenced NEMA and IP ratings. You have the design flexibility to select virtually any commercially available connector on the market. We then integrate any electrical connection to the connector, including pins, sockets, wires, cables, and other connectors. This can create a plug and play solution that ensures the entire interconnect assembly is sealed and protected. We 100% test all connectors for vacuum pressure and electrical conductivity. Additionally, we can offer pressure testing in-house for up to 12,500 PSI. Douglas can customize the mechanical interface to your requirements. This includes creating a hermetic feedthrough assembly with a threaded or flanged mechanical interface. The electrical connector, housing and electrical interface are all sealed together to create a complete hermetic package. We specialize in hermetic bulkhead connectors for various industries and applications including those with critical requirements and harsh environments.
