The A 3Z16-0040A is a low voltage, reversible D.C. gearmotor with a gear ratio of 435:1. It operates at three voltage levels: 3V, 6V, and 12V, with a no-load drain of approximately 10 mA at 3V, 8 mA at 6V, and 4 mA at 12V. The gearmotor features a molded plastic housing and a steel shaft, making it suitable for various applications requiring compact and lightweight components. It includes two mounting holes with a diameter of 0.130 inches for easy installation. The stall torque is rated at 18 ozf in, providing adequate power for moderate load applications. This gearmotor is designed for use with a twist-on clip for two "D" size batteries, which are not included.
