A 1C 3MYK15015 is a bevel gear with a 1.5 module and 15 teeth, designed for a 1:3 gear ratio with a mating pinion. It is made from AISI 1045 steel with tooth surfaces induction hardened to HRC 48-53 and has a black oxide finish except on the ground bore and tooth surfaces. The bore tolerance is H8 at +0.027/0 mm for a 15 mm bore diameter. The gear has a face width of 10 mm, a hub diameter of 44.53 mm, a hub projection of 36 mm, and an overall length of 89.36 mm. It features keyways and two 120°-spaced set screws for mounting.
