A larger and more substantial machine than the EXAKT 50, the EXAKT 80 & 120 provide greater production capacity. The larger diameter rollers also provide more shear force during processing. And, since more force can generate more heat in the product, the EXAKT 80 & 120 are available with an internal heating/cooling system for the rollers. The EXAKT 80 & 120 are available with the following features Roller Material (Chrome Plated Hardened Steel & Aluminum Oxide Ceramic) Scraper System with interchangeable blades of plastic, ceramic & surface treated steel Single or dual roller speed Cooling & heating of rollers
