The ZG3651-AE is a surface mount gate drive transformer with a 1:1 turns ratio, designed for automotive applications. It features 2800 VDC / 1979 Vrms one-minute isolation between windings, a maximum primary DCR of 0.525 ohms, and a volt-time product of 31.3 V-µsec. The transformer is AEC-Q200 qualified, operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient, and has a maximum part temperature of +140°C. It uses ferrite core material with RoHS-compliant tin-silver over tin over nickel over phosphor bronze terminations. The device measures 7.30 mm in length, 6.30 mm in width, and 5.30 mm in height, and is packaged in an EIA-481 embossed plastic tape on a 7-inch reel. It supports three reflows at 260°C and meets MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level.
