The Coilcraft LPD4012 Series consists of shielded, coupled inductors designed for flyback, SEPIC, and multi-output buck applications, with a compact 4 mm × 4 mm footprint and 1.1 mm height. The series features ferrite cores, RoHS-compliant matte tin over nickel over silver terminations, and is rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to +125°C with AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualification. Each part supports a maximum part temperature of +165°C and has winding-to-winding isolation of 100 Vrms for one minute. The LPD4012-334MRC variant specifies a 330 µH inductance per winding with ±20% tolerance, a maximum DCR of 17.00 Ω, and a typical SRF of 2.8 MHz. It has a saturated current of 0.13 A for a 30% inductance drop and an Irms of 0.14 A per winding for a 40°C temperature rise at 25°C ambient. Tape and reel packaging is available in 1000- or 3500-piece reels with EIA-481 embossed plastic tape.
