The LPD4012 series consists of shielded, surface-mount coupled inductors designed for flyback, SEPIC, and multi-output buck applications. Each inductor has a 4 mm × 4 mm footprint and a height of 1.1 mm. The part LPD4012-154 has an inductance of 150 µH per winding with a ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 6.90 Ω per winding, and a typical saturation current of 0.18 A causing a 30% inductance drop. The rated RMS current is 0.17 A per winding for a 40°C temperature rise. The series operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient with a maximum part temperature of +165°C and is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified. Termination is RoHS-compliant matte tin over nickel over silver. Packaging is available on 7" or 13" reels with embossed plastic tape. The coupling coefficient is 0.99, and winding-to-winding isolation is 100 Vrms for one minute.
