It features a 4.5 × 4.8 mm footprint, 500 Vrms isolation, and operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient, meeting AEC-Q200 Grade 1 requirements. The part is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and mounted in a tape-and-reel package with MSL 1 moisture sensitivity. Maximum part temperature is +165°C, and it withstands three reflow cycles at 260°C.
