The 0603AF series consists of wirewound ferrite beads designed for high-frequency noise suppression in power supplies and RF signal isolation. The 0603AF-421XJRW variant has an inductance of 420 nH at 7.9 MHz, an impedance of 258.6 Ω at 100 MHz, a self-resonant frequency of 5199 MHz, a maximum DCR of 0.33 Ω, and a rated current of 0.61 A. It is housed in a 0603 (1608 metric) surface-mount package measuring 1.60 mm × 0.80 mm × 0.91 mm, with a maximum height of 1.062 mm including solder. The component operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C ambient, with a maximum part temperature of +100°C, and is RoHS compliant and halogen free. It meets the AEC-Q200 standard and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. Packaging is on 7″ reels with 2000 parts per reel.
