Description
The Cleveland Vibrator Company GT, Grid Top Vibratory Table, is ideal for automatic and semi-automatic packaging and filling lines that use roller conveyor systems. The grid table is installed at the filling or vibrating station of an in-line conveyor system. The load to be vibrated is first rolled into position over the vibrating station, while the grid is in the lowered position. the air mounts inflate to elevate the grids through the roller section. The load is then elevated and vibration is applied. After the vibration sequence, the grid lowers, and the load returns to the roller conveyor. The container is advanced, the next empty container is placed into position, and the operation is repeated. Deck sizes shown are standard. Custom sizes can be supplied to accommodate your exact needs.
