Gardolene V 6560 A and V 6561 B are activating agents for iron and steel surfaces for use prior to the Gardobond manganese phosphate process. The use of Gardolene V 6560 A and V 6561 B promote the formation of especially fine-grained coatings. Gardolene V 6560 A and V 6561 B are applied by immersion.
These products are used prior to the manganese phosphate process to both condition the rinse water and to activate the surface in order to produce fine-grained coatings with complete surface coverage.
