The EnduroSharp® Deluxe Scraper Blade Sharpener is a durable mounted sharpening fixture used to sharpen the EnduroSharp® Torlon® Scraper Blades (TSB) tools. The sharpener is comprised of a mounted sharpener within a fixture containing a diamond sanding plate, which allows for the quick sharping of the TSB tools while maintaining the 25⁰/25⁰ asymmetrical 1/3-2/3 cutting edge.
This design was requested by the USAF as a self-contained unit to be used in the field. This deluxe design enables the operator to sharpen the TSB tool, while on the job site without the need for additional support items.
