Camfil Stat-Safe Static Dissipative Filter Cartridges

Camfil Stat-Safe„¢ filter cartridges are constructed using a patented antistatic urethane to dissipate static charges and the buildup of static electricity within a dust collector. The antistatic urethane is used as the glue that secures the filter pan to the media pack, eliminating the need for clips, wires or fabric swatches to ground the filter pan to the media. Since the anti-static mechanism cannot break off during operation, these filters provide near 100% failsafe operation. Camfil fabricates static dissipative filter cartridges using either OmniPleat® cellulose or DuraPleat spunbond media. They are available for Gold Series III, GSX, Tenkay and Quad Pulse Package dust collectors”with or without OptiCones. They are also available as replacement filters for many Donaldson and AAF dust collectors. All static dissipative filters are tested per ASHRAE 52.2:2017 for the resulting MERV ratings.
