The Panda WV 2400 A is an industrial dry rotary lobe vacuum booster designed for enhancing the performance of vacuum systems. It features a robust construction made from GGG40 material, ensuring reliability under varying operational conditions. The vacuum booster has a nominal pumping speed of 1495 ACFM and can achieve a maximum differential pressure of 40 TORR. It operates with a nominal motor rating of 10.0 HP at a speed of 3600 RPM. This model includes an integrated bypass valve, which allows for high pumping speeds even in rough vacuum applications and protects the pump and motor from overloading. The Panda WV 2400 A can be flanged directly onto backing pumps or positioned elsewhere in the system, providing flexibility in installation. Panda WV are the perfect vacuum boosters for all types of backing pumps. When using a combination of backing pump and vacuum booster, the pumping speed and ultimate pressure of a vacuum system can be increased by up to a factor of 10. As a result, these combinations can generate a suction performance which would otherwise only be possible with a large number of backing pumps.
Thanks to the integrated bypass valve, Panda WV vacuum boosters achieve a high pumping speed even in rough vacuum applications. It reliably protects pump and motor against overloading, and allows the Panda WV to be switched on together with the backing pump even at atmospheric pressure without further action. A process related, sudden pressure increase due to a greater gas flow can be easily handled by the bypass valve in continuous operation.
