The 767 program celebrated a major milestone when the 100th 767-300 Freighter was delivered to FedEx earlier this month.
Cargo operators around the world keep the global 767 Freighter fleet busy, using each airplane an average of 10 hours a day. The 100 freighters delivered so far have accumulated more than 2 million flight hours combined since the introduction of the model.
"This 100th delivery is a great achievement for the entire 767 team," said Brad Zaback, vice president and general manager of the 767 program. "Everyone on the 767 works hard to successfully build and deliver on time for all our customers, helping them deliver goods and packages around the world every day."
