ReadyAgarose precast gels are prepared in UV-transparent gel trays designed to fit securely in Mini-Sub cell GT and wide Mini-Sub cell GT cells. ReadyAgarose gels come in a choice of 27 gel types, including ReadyAgarose 96 Plus gels, which resolve nucleic acids from 20 to 20,000 bp. The gels are individually packaged and cast in their own running tray using the Bio-Rad Certified line of agaroses. The UV-transparent trays have well numbers and a ruler printed on them for easy reference. ReadyAgarose precast gels will also fit other manufacturers' electrophoresis cells.
