Johns Manville Range-Glas® EQ is a blanket type thermal fiber glass insulation that provides superior thermal performance for residential and commercial ranges and ovens. Range-Glas EQ is manufactured using rotary-process fiber glass bonded with a special thermosetting bio-based resin made of renewable plant-based materials. The bio-based resin satisfies the industry’s growing demand for agriculturally-sourc ed products. Range-Glas EQ emits minimal smoke and odor during initial exposure to elevated temperatures such as the cleaning cycle of self-cleaning ranges and the initial broil cycle of standard ovens. It is available in rolls in a broad range of thicknesses, densities and dimensions. As an added benefit, the friendlier feel of the blanket provides ease of handling during processing and installation.
