Bailey-Parks Urethane, Inc. Diamondback® Polyurethane Liner Sheets

Description
Diamondback® polyurethane sheets and liners, a trademarked product manufactured only by Bailey-Parks Urethane, is among the most versatile of all lining materials. These polyurethane sheets are available in a variety of standard sizes and range from 65A to 92A shore durometer. Diamondback® polyurethane liners provide outstanding resistance to impingement and frictional abrasion, are relatively easy to fabricate and install, and meet FDA standards for dry food handling. Its softness cushions to protect grain, feed and other materials from breakage. Each and every Diamondback® polyurethane sheet is produced using high tech computerized casting and monitoring equipment to ensure product consistency. In addition to standard verification of thickness, width, length, and hardness, Bailey-Parks Urethane checks every lot both during the pour and again after the final post cure is completed for ultimate tensile strength, percent elongation break, at 100% and 300% modulus and durometer – it is the only way to assure you of the best, most consistent quality urethane. Available Thicknesses Metal backed: 3/16” – 1” Non-reinforced: 1/8" - 1" Cotton fabric backed 3/16” – 1” Standard Sheet Sizes (Non-reinforced & cotton fabric backed) 2’ x 4’ 4’ x 4’ 4’ x 8’ 4’ x 10’ 4’ x 25’ 4’ x 50’ 4’ x 50 ’ Non-reinforced Only 10’ x 50’ Any size between 1’ x 1’ and 10’ x 50’ Expanded Metal Back 4’ x 10’ Any size between 1’ x 1’ and 4’ x 10’ Perforback™ Metal Backed 4’ x 10’
