CNC controlled Die-Less knife cutting, punching, and pen-marking for a wide range of materials. The reciprocating knife (also known as an oscillating knife) can be controlled by electrical or pneumatic motor. A CNC milling (routing) tool is also available. The reciprocating knife can cut materials that vary greatly in thickness and in stiffness into very intricate shapes. Optional available to cut foams up to 5" thick. Materials include, but are not limited to: Non-asbestos, Teflon, plastics, graphite, tanged-graphite, rubber, cork, paper, foam (up to 5" thick), composites (carbon-fiber and many others), wood, leather, vinyl, insole board, texon, etc.
