Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)-Agarose affinity matrix (5-10 mg aff pure antibody/ml gel)
General Information
Goats were immunized with antigen grade rabbit IgG. Antibodies have been isolated using ammonium sulfate, ion-exchange, and affinity chromatography. Purified anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) was covalently linked to agarose to prepare the affinity column. Antibod

SpCrossreactivity
Antibody specificity has been tested using IEP, immunodiffusion, and ELISA. The product reacts with rabbit IgG, IgM, and IgA. However, no antibody is detected to other serum proteins. The affinity matrix has binding capacity of approx 3-5 mg rabbit IgG/ml of the matrix. Actual binding capacity may vary according to buffers and other conditions and it must be determined under specified conditions.
