Description
Rabbit (non-immune) Serum IgM, purified General Information SugApplications This preparation of is suitable for coating the ELISA plates or as a non-immune control for ELISA, dot blot, Western or IHC. Recommended testing concn. is approx. 1-10 ug/ml. It can laso be used to prepare immunoadorbent to remove or to purify antibodie SugSecAntibodies Secondary antibodies should be directed against the primary host (example: if primary antibodies are made in rabbit then the secondary should be directed against the rabbit. Secondary antibodies can be made in goat, sheep, mouse, chicken etc). ADI has v SpeciesReactivity Rabbit Form Normal Control Ig's Antigen A healthy non-immunized population of Rabbit was used to collect serum. This product was prepared from normal serum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, selective precipitation and tandem molecular sieve chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresi s resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and anti-Rabbit IgM (µ chain specific). No reaction was observed against anti-Rabbit IgG F(c). Some light chain cross reactivity will occur with anti-Rabbit Pig IgG). MSDS The product may contain sodium azide (0.05%), or merthiolate (0.02%) or Proclin-300 (0.1%).
