Alluxa, Inc. 221-3 OD4 Narrowband Filter 7772

Narrowband optical interference filter with a 221 nm center wavelength (CWL), a 3 nm full-width at half-maximum (FWHM), and wide-range OD4 out-of-band blocking from 190 nm to 320 nm. This is a multi-cavity filter with moderately steep edges and transmission that is greater than 40% at 221 nm. This unmounted narrowband filter is coated on a 1.04 mm thick fused silica substrate and is 23.5 mm in diameter.
