Bandpass filter with a 728 nm (± 3.5 nm) center wavelength (CWL), a 60 nm full-width at half-maximum (FWHM), and wide-range OD6 out-of-band blocking from 300 nm to 653 nm (and additional blocking from 765 nm to 960 nm). This bandpass filter has steep edges and greater than 93% average transmission from 702 nm to 754 nm. It is coated on a 2 mm thick fused silica substrate and mounted in a standard 25 mm (+0/-0.1 mm) diameter, 3.5 mm (± 0.1 mm) thick anodized aluminum ring. Alluxa OD6 bandpass filters are all designed to increase fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
