Several proprietary additives are formulated into Kester NF1060-VF to reduce the surface tension to enhance the wetting properties, providing desired hole-fill and reduced common soldering defects seen in VOC-free fluxes.
The residue is non-visible, non-conductive, non-corrosive, and does not need to be removed.
