ALPHA Precision Milled, Multi-Level Stencils are designed to optimize paste deposit control when assembling boards with a variety of component sizes. They offer greater flexibility in transitioning between different thicknesses and improved surface quality.
These stencils provide excellent printing performance by reducing visible paste smearing and improving print deposit repeatability. They also allow reduced pressure during printing and greater flexibility in designing the "Keep Out" area.
