ALPHA Argomax 2048 Paste is a dispensable silver sintering paste developed for pressure sintering of large packages or components on gold- and silver-finished substrates, such as Direct Bonded Copper (DBC), aluminum, and copper coolers. Inverters assembled using ALPHA Argomax 2048 Paste have demonstrated low thermal impedance and strong reliability under extreme temperature cycling conditions.
