AirClean Systems Total Exhaust Polypropylene Fume Hood AirMax™ AC3030TE

Description
The AirMax™ total exhaust laboratory fume hoods are manufactured from structural polypropylene, which eliminates the potential for corrosion. Featuring standard bypass design, AirMax™ exhausts a constant volume of air regardless of sash position. Optional features are available for more precise control of blower speed and face velocity. The AirMax™ microprocessor controller monitors face velocity and displays real-time airflow on the LCD screen in linear feet per minute. Blowers can be turned on/off via the AirMax™ controller when fitted with the VSD1 (variable speed driver). Standard Features AirMax™ microprocessor controller Constant monitoring of fume hood face velocity with variable airflow control to user preset value Dual wall construction allows for front mounting of services such as water, gas, or electric Integral vapor-proof fluorescent lighting Polypropylene construction for chemical resistance. The result: NO RUST FlowSmooth™ airfoil on sash lip promotes consistent laminar airflow Vertical sliding safety glass sash Lab event timer Safety Features Deep base effectively contains accidental spills ASHRAE 110 tested OPTIONS Duplex electrical outlets Polypropylene blowers Vented and unvented polypropylene base cabinets ULPA filter Polycarbonate sash Polypropylene laboratory sinks Wall mounted fixtures and taps

Fume Hood with Wet Fume Scrubber AirMax™ AC3030TE
AirMax™ with wet fume scrubber is a total solution for minimizing personnel, ductwork and environmental exposure to caustic acid gases. Contaminated air passes through the scrubber’s water-washed contact media before being exhausted, while water used during the scrubbing process is captured in the holding tank and recirculated. An optional pH dosing system can be utilized to neutralize acids captured during the scrubbing process. Standard Features Direct-mount to fume hood exhaust — eliminates contaminated ductwork between the fume hood and scrubber Observation window for media inspection Scrubber holding tank with recirculating pump (located inside base cabinet) AirMax™ microprocessor controller Thermoplastic construction is resistant to gases being scrubbed FlowSmooth™ airfoil on sash lip promotes consistent laminar airflow Vertical sliding safety glass sash Lab event timer Safety Features Deep base effectively contains accidental spills ASHRAE 110 tested OPTIONS Auto dosing system Polypropylene blowers Spray bar for perchloric acid use ULPA filter Polycarbonate sash Polypropylene laboratory sinks Wall mounted fixtures and taps
