The PQ12-100-6-P is a miniature linear actuator with a 100:1 gear ratio and 6 VDC operation, featuring a 5 kΩ±50% potentiometer for analog position feedback. It has a 20 mm stroke, delivers a maximum force of 50 N, and operates at a no-load speed of 10 mm/s. The actuator holds position when powered off with a back drive force of 35 N and sustains a maximum side load of 10 N. It measures 19 g, operates from -10°C to +50°C, and is rated IP-54 for ingress protection. Audible noise is 55 dB at 45 cm, with a maximum duty cycle of 20%. The unit includes position repeatability of ±0.1 mm and mechanical backlash of 0.25 mm. It is controlled by applying DC voltage to motor pins, reversing polarity to retract, and uses a three-wire potentiometer interface for position sensing. Mounting hardware and an FPC ribbon cable connector are included.
