The L16-140-63-12-S is a miniature linear actuator with end-of-stroke limit switches, 140 mm stroke, and a 63:1 gear ratio. It operates at 12 VDC, achieving 100 N of force at 10 mm/s under load and 200 N maximum force. The closed length is 208 mm and mass is 84 g. It has 0.25 mm mechanical backlash, IP-54 protection, and a 20% maximum duty cycle. Limit switches cut power within 0.5 mm of stroke ends. Back drive force is 46 N. The actuator holds position when de-energized unless overloaded. Operating temperature range is -10°C to +50°C with 60 dB noise at 45 cm.
