The AMETEK Land LSP-HD line scanner series offers cutting-edge infrared temperature measurement technology for a wide range of industrial applications, including hot and cold rolling mills, tempering and coating lines, flat glass processes, paper and textile industries, rotary kilns, and more. Equipped with a high-performance processor, the LSP-HD scanners swiftly process measurement data during scanning, achieving 1000 samples at speeds of up to 150 lines per second. The detectors, featuring a rotating mirror element and an internal calibration source, ensure remarkable reliability even in the toughest industrial environments, operating 24/7 with unparalleled measurement homogeneity and accuracy. Featuring 14 freely configurable measuring zones, the LSP-HD scanners facilitate continuous data acquisition for precise process control. The scanning process generates a highly homogeneous thermal image from temperature profiles, used for visualization, further processing, process control, and documentation.
