The HygienicMaster FEH610 is an electromagnetic flowmeter for hygienic applications in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Available in integral and remote mount designs, it features a stainless steel sensor housing with a PFA liner and supports nominal diameters DN 3 to DN 100. Process connections include Tri-Clamp, weld stubs, and flanges compliant with DIN, ASME, and JIS standards. The transmitter operates on 100-240 V AC or 24-48 V DC, provides a 4-20 mA active output, and two configurable passive digital outputs. It has an IP65/IP67 rating, and the remote sensor is IP68. Accuracy is ±0.5% of measured value with a minimum conductivity requirement of 20 μS/cm. The device complies with 3A and FDA material standards and supports CIP/SIP cleaning up to 150 °C. A rotatable backlit LCD and through-the-glass operation enable local configuration.
