Course overview: This course reviews what a job hazard analysis is and why it should be performed. More specifically, this course identifies the information that should be documented during a job hazard analysis and provides example jobs and potential hazards that may be encountered. The purpose of this training is to explain what a job hazard analysis is and offer guidelines to help you conduct a step-by-step analysis. This information should be used to analyze jobs and recognize workplace hazards. This course contains three lessons: 1. Job Hazard Analysis Overview 2. Job Hazard Analysis Forms 3. Training level: This training is recommended for the Transportation Curriculum Coordination Council levels I, II, III, and IV. Target audience: This training is designed for employers, foremen, supervisors, and employees.
