Course overview:This course addresses existing and previous land use information and will link environmental hazards to existing and previous land use through the review of photographs. This course has two lessons: • Lesson 1: Section 4, which covers existing and previous land use information; and • Lesson 2: Linking Environmental Hazards to Existing and Previous Land Use. This is the fifth course in the Hazardous Materials Management series. Target audience: Members of all State agencies may take this course; however, know that this is not a TC3 course and all of the information provided is specific to Texas. Learning outcomes: Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to: • Describe Section 4 of the Initial Site Assessment report; and • Explain how environmental hazards are related to existing and previous land use.
