The WD series from Nichicon are low impedance, chip type aluminium electrolytic capacitors. WD chip capacitors are designed for use on high density Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and can be used with automatic placement machines. Suitable for reflow soldering up to +260°C, their maximum operating temperature is +105°C. WD aluminium electrolytic capacitors offer a range of capacitance values between 0.1 µF to 1500 µF, and voltage options between 6.3 V and 50 V.
Ideal for high density mounting. Recommended reflow of +260° peak for 5 seconds and +230°C over 60 seconds two times (φ10 x 10: 1 time). Chip type. Anti-solvent feature. Low impedance. Surface mount. Lead free
