Service Process

• Before production: one-on-one communication with a salesperson, with engineering technicians answering questions and purchase quotation personnel taking part in the quotation. Production materials are collated and confirmed by a documenter, and the salesperson reconfirms with the customer.
• In production: sales personnel follow up project progress and feed it back to the customer in a timely manner. Engineering personnel follow up the project and communicate with the customer for improvement if problems are found.
• After production: the salesperson confirms delivery logistics information with the customer, and documentary personnel follow up customs declaration. Engineering after-sales technical support is provided, and the project is archived.

If production needs to be suspended because of a sudden production situation, customers can contact their sales consultant immediately so losses can be stopped in time.

Quality Control

Quality control personnel control quality according to the customer's quality requirements and inspect in strict accordance with IPC standards, using professional testing equipment.
