Tektronix MDO4000C mixed domain oscilloscopes offer fast acquisition, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements to help resolve debug challenges quickly. As well as offering Tektronix MDO4000C base models, RS offers models configured with an integral spectrum analyzer providing 9kHz-3GHz (suffix +MDO4SA3) or 9kHz-6GHz (suffix +MDO4SA6) of spectrum acquisition. The spectrum analyzer offers 4 different traces or views: Normal, Average, Max Hold, Min Hold (detection types include: +Peak, -Peak, Average, Sample). Models with an integral spectrum analyzer provide simultaneous synchronised acquisition of analog, digital and spectral signals - especially useful for incorporating wireless communications (IoT) and EMI troubleshooting. Further options, available separately, include: logic analyzer MDO4MSO ( 908-2846 ), with 16 digital channels and supplied with general purpose logic probe P6616 and accessories, arbitrary function generator MDO4AFG ( 908-2843 ), with 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveform generation.
