Saunders offers flexographic printing a method of direct rotary printing, which uses molded printing plates that work in unison to pick up ink from an ink well, deliver the ink to a printing dies. Our machines then roll the ink onto the product being marked.
Our high quality raised printing uses low quantities of ink, allowing the ink to dry very quickly and the machine to run at high speeds. It has a smooth finish with crisp detail.
Saunders can print on any paper/label, most tapes, and other 3M products.
