NPI Quality Training Center (QTC) - We have established a number of programs specifically designed for individuals desiring a career in the field of Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Nondestructive testing. QTC has its' own fully equipped teaching facility that features small class sizes, assuring personal attention for each student. When you need training on-site, we will gladly conduct training at your company's facilities and tailor courses to your specific needs. Vocational Objective It is the objective of the Quality Training Center to be an education resource for individuals seeking a career in the metal trades as a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Nondestructive Testing (NDT Inspector). In order for an individual to be considered for qualification as an inspector, three criteria that must be met; Education Training Experience If an individual has a high school diploma or equivalent, the QTC can provide the ncecessary training to qualify as a Nondestructive Testing Level II in; Visual Testing Magnetic Particle Testing Liquid Penetrant Testing Ultrasonic Testing Radiographic Testing This coupled with selective training in Quality Assurance and Quality Control will allow the individual to qualify for most any QA/QC/NDT employment oportunity and if needed work on gaining the necessary experience hours needed for certification.
