Design & Engineering: We'll design your custom component, packaging or product. Close to 10% of UFP Technologies' employees are part of our engineering team, with an average tenure of 12 years with the Company.
Foam Fabrication: UFP Technologies is one of the largest foam fabricators in North America. We offer a vast array of capabilities including CNC routing, water-jet cutting, compression molding, die-cutting, laminating, heat sealing, contour cutting and many more.
Molded Fiber Manufacturing: UFP Technologies is an innovative and leading designer and manufacturer of molded fiber packaging solutions made from 100% recycled paper.
Thermoforming: UFP Technologies has multiple manufacturing capabilities to thermoform custom packaging, component and product solutions from plastics and foams.
Clean Room Manufacturing: We have multiple clean room and controlled environment facilities, including ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) facilities upgradeable to ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000). We also utilize HEPA cleaning stations at numerous work centers for additional protection.
Contract Manufacturing: Rely on us to manufacture and package your close tolerance medical products, components, and packaging. Anything you need, we can deliver.
Tooling: We manufacture all of our production and prototype tooling in-house. This allows us create quality parts and reduce costs.
