The 3M 2031 grease is easy to use. This product is formulated to work in thermal interface material applications. Main ingredient is comprised of non-silicone. Can be used under the following temperature ranges: +100 (Weeks to Months) C, +125 (Hours to Days) C minimum operating temperature to +125 (Weeks to Months) C, +150 (Hours to Days) C maximum operating temperature. In addition to the other features this product meets the following standards: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200. This grease is packaged 10 kg per Inner, 1 per Case.
