3M 266X lapping film disc uses aluminum oxide as the abrasive material and has a diameter of 8 in. The PSA attachment allows for easy mounting to the tool or pad. The abrasiveness of lapping film disc products is graded on the Micron scale; with the 11306 lapping film disc having a grade of 12 Micron.
