3M 266X lapping film sheet uses aluminum oxide as the abrasive material. The PSA attachment allows for easy mounting to the tool or pad. The abrasiveness of lapping film sheet products is graded on the Micron scale; with the 81335 lapping film sheet having a grade of 30 Micron. The lapping film sheet has a width of 8 1/2 in and length of 11 in.
