Bags are testable and reusable. 3M™ Metal-Out Static Shielding Bags 2110R are produced with a construction in which the shielding layer is very near the exterior surface. A thin abrasion-resistant coating protects this metal surface from scratches, but still permits rapid charge draining when the bag is placed on a conductive or dissipative worksurface. Zipper closure is used for easy opening and closing.
