The tape has a total thickness of 2.0 mils (0.05 mm) and an electrical resistance through the adhesive of 0.05 ohms, ensuring a reliable electrical path between the substrate and the backing. The tape is characterized by its flexibility, conformability, and lightweight nature, making it suitable for various applications. It has a breaking strength of 35 lb/in (16 kgf/25 mm) and an adhesion strength of 40 oz/in (1000 gf/25 mm). The product is supplied on a removable liner for ease of handling and die cutting.
