Flexible manufacturing capability

Tronics wafer fab is in Grenoble, France. Our inertial foundry service is based on fully validated technology platform : MAGELAN.

Our process blocks and manufacturing sequences have been validated over more than 15 years of MEMS development and production.

Dedicated to high performances devices, our MAGELAN platform benefits from flexible manufacturing capability from low volumes to larger scale production.

With MAGELAN customers will have access to advanced DRIE process up to 1:30 aspect ratio. As well as reliable and qualified deep vacuum wafer level package process below 10mTorr.

Tronics offer is not limited to wafer processing. We also perform wafer level test and dicing. This ensures “ready to use” devices for our customers.
