A high performance, flame retardant resin ideally suited for encapsulating delicate electrical and electronic components and assemblies where conditions can be extreme and varied.
Excellent electrical properties . Fully approved and certified to UL 94 V-0 at 6mm thickness. Achieved highest rating 0 when tested by UL on hot wire ignition test (6mm thickness) . Flexibility at temperature extremes of -70 to +120°C. Cure time 24 hours @ 23°C. Low moisture sensitivity during and after cure. Soft, re-enterable
