Flexible Circuit Technologies’ core business is flexible circuit design and production which is aimed at providing our customers with high quality production parts at competitive prices. From small to high volume programs, we are set up to meet your bare flex/rigid flex, flex sub-assembly, or complete box build needs.

FCT’s three bare flex facilities include a 50,000 square foot facility in Jiangmen, China, a 150,000 square foot facility in Xiamen, China, and our new 170,000 sq. foot facility in Zhangzhou, China; offering significant capacity and broad capabilities to meet your needs.

FCT’s China based headquarters is located in Shenzhen, China. This 75,000 square foot facility is home to our China based Management team, Program Managers, Customer Support staff, and Assembly facility. Our assembly facility offers:

• 9 modern Electronic Workshops
• Reliability Lab
• Testing Services
• Dedicated workshops for our high volume programs

Today, above 50% of our overall revenue involves producing sub-assemblies, product modules, or performing complete box builds. We also perform specialized testing services, including functional/hardware/software testing and when needed; design specialized custom test equipment utilized in support of meeting test requirements for our customers.

FCT Shenzhen is our main hub for coordinating all of our China based operations including: support in DFM (design for manufacturing), production scheduling for prototypes and production of bare flex, support in sourcing and receiving of components for sub-assembly, assembly services, testing, packaging, shipping, and for inventory/stocking support as needed.

FCT USA and FCT China go through joint business planning each year inclusive of identifying process, functional, and capability improvements across the entire organization all aimed at continuous improvements allowing us to better serve our customers.
