A solvent and detergent package that is added to the customer's phosphoric acid to produce a high performance acid cleaner. The cleaner is operated at 10 to 40 % v/v for hand cleaning operations or 1-2% v/v in 10% phosphoric acid for bright dip operations. The cleaner may be operated at room temperature to 180°F for 2 to 10 minutes.
