Injection Molding
Precision thermoplastic and fluoropolymer components with tolerances to ±0.0003". Net shape molding, direct gating, and specialized fluoropolymer processing for complex geometries and critical-fit applications.
Compression Molding
Isostatic compression molding for PTFE and filled compounds. Produces stress-free billets, sheets, and cylinders with uniform density and superior mechanical properties for machining into finished components.
Overmolding/Insert Molding
Multi-material components combining metal inserts or plastic substrates with overmolded thermoplastics. Proprietary tooling handles delicate inserts too thin or complex for conventional molders.
